Managing your electricity bills has never been easier with the PowerPlug mobile app. Whether you're using a prepaid or postpaid meter user, this step-by-step guide will walk you through the seamless process of paying your electricity bills effortlessly. Click on Pay Electricity from the home page. Click on add new meter. Select your meter type {Prepaid or Postpaid} Select your electricity provider from the drop down list: AEDC|BEDC|EEDC|PHED|JED|IBEDC|IKEDC| KAEDCO|KEDCO|EKEDC|YEDC Enter the amount. Proceed to select your preferred payment option. Payment options include: Pay with wallet Pay with bank transfer: To the virtual account number displayed. Pay with debit card Your payment receipt is sent via your registered email, SMS and on PowerPlug mobile app (view receipt).

I have been trying to pay my bill through mobile app but 1000 was fixed for the amount I tried to change it but I couldn't. So, I don't know how to go about it again. There was a time I paid for the 1000N but up till today no token being sent to me. What can I do now.
